Website content is provided for general information about Amjin LLC’s rental services. It is not a lease, guarantee of availability, approval decision, or binding offer. Property-specific terms appear only in a written agreement signed by Amjin LLC and the resident.

Rental inquiries and eligibility

Submitting an inquiry does not reserve a room or create a landlord-tenant relationship. Rental availability, rates, deposits, screening criteria, occupancy limits, and move-in requirements may vary and are confirmed before signing.

Payments

Residents must pay according to their signed agreement and issued invoice. Our standard rent schedule is biweekly, with the resident’s designated due day of Tuesday or Friday. ACH payments may take several business days to process. The signed agreement controls if it differs from this general description.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse this website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, submit false information, or use it for unlawful activity.

Third-party services

We may use third-party platforms for payment processing, electronic signatures, communications, screening, or maintenance coordination. Those services may have separate terms and privacy policies.

Disclaimer and limitation

We work to keep website information accurate, but do not warrant that it is complete, current, or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, Amjin LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

Governing law

These website terms are governed by Florida law. The signed rental agreement, applicable law, and any legally required notices govern the rental relationship.
