Amjin LLC respects the privacy of prospective and current residents. This policy explains the information we may collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you.

Information we collect

We may collect contact information, rental inquiry details, application and screening information, lease and occupancy records, payment status, communications, and maintenance-request information. When you make an ACH payment, payment and bank-account information is collected and processed by Stripe or another disclosed payment provider. Amjin LLC does not ask residents to send bank credentials by email or text.

How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries, evaluate rental applications, prepare and administer agreements, collect rent, provide resident support, coordinate maintenance, maintain business records, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.

How information is shared

We may share information with service providers that help us operate the rental business, including payment processors, screening providers, electronic-signature platforms, maintenance vendors, professional advisers, and government or legal authorities when required. We do not sell personal information.

Data security and retention

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information we maintain. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure. Records are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for rental administration, dispute resolution, accounting, and legal compliance.

Your choices

You may request access to or correction of information you have provided, subject to legal and recordkeeping requirements. You may also ask to stop nonessential marketing communications. Transactional, lease, payment, safety, and maintenance communications may still be sent when necessary.
